What happens if I add a property?
On the host plans you stay on the same flat tier until you cross a tier boundary. Going from 2 → 3 properties moves you from Solo ($29) to Side-hustle ($49); 5 → 6 moves you to Family-portfolio ($79). Past 10 properties you’re a property manager — see per-unit pricing below, which gets cheaper per unit as you grow.
Do you charge per channel?
No. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com — every channel we support is included at every tier. No add-ons, no channel fees from us. (Airbnb itself charges a 15.5% host-only fee when you connect through a PMS, which applies to every PMS in this category — that’s an Airbnb policy, not an STR Squad fee.)
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Your data is portable on the way out — CSV, JSON, and open API. No exit fee, no data-hostage policy.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every host plan offers annual billing at 2 months free (Solo $290/yr, Side-hustle $490/yr, Family-portfolio $790/yr). Month-to-month is always available too. Professional PM plans get the same 2-months-free annual option and a waived onboarding fee on annual commit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every host plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required up front. Property-manager and enterprise plans start with a guided demo so we can map your portfolio and channels before you commit.
